Good Day Noir Family,
Tritonic’s new single, “Demiurge,” is a powerful burst of energy that leaves you stunned and fascinated.

Demiurge is Tritonic’s Single & Video Out Now

Running just over a minute, this track doesn’t waste time diving straight into its wild rhythm and aggressive vocals.

It’s a song that immediately hooks you, pulling you into its visceral intensity. The vocals, unapologetically forceful, invite you to sing along as if urging you to join in the chaos and release your own energy.

The rawness of “Demiurge” is matched by the simplicity of its music video. The visuals begin with something like the chaotic, swirling gases of Jupiter, moving across its surface like an unstoppable force of nature.

The imagery feels like time itself—slow, inevitable, and grand—reminding you of the vastness of existence. The band members appear, drenched as if they are partaking in some kind of universal rebirth.

This isn’t just a performance; it’s a baptism, a metal baptism, one that marks the beginning of something new and powerful. There’s a sense of spiritual renewal in the air, conveyed through their soaked presence, as though the band itself is part of a larger cosmic force.

The concept behind the video ties into the song’s energetic theme—a violent, propulsive anthem for a new generation. Despite its brevity, “Demiurge” manages to convey a sense of urgency and profound emotional depth. The song concludes abruptly, like the flick of a switch, leaving only silence in its wake—a brilliant and striking end that amplifies its impact.

Tritonic has always been able to deliver strong emotions through their unique vision, and “Demiurge” proves that they are continuing to push boundaries in their music and visual storytelling.

This track is a call to action—raw, unfiltered, and undeniably memorable.

Epic!

The single ‘Demiurge’ is a statement of intent from a band with a singular and original vision. Where everything from refusing to use direct inputs in the studio, to their self-converted fretless guitars, the DIY videos and the tactile artwork, Tritonic believe in the gesamtkunswerk (the total work of art).

Tritonic began as a spark in the Indian ocean when vocalist and guitarist Peter Jewkes was living in exile in the Maldives. On his return he tracked down his oldest friends and recorded their debut album in an old Salford soap factory. However, the moment the recording was complete, the band dispersed, with members ending up in the USA, Kenya and Switzerland. But now, the band have reconvened and have spent their international sojourns polishing their sound to a shimmering, laser-focused diamond.
