Good Day Noir Family,
Rugged, high-voltage chords strike first in Tears On Denim’s “Dream It Real,” landing like a jolt of electricity.

A riff channels the swagger of Led Zeppelin, bold and unapologetic.

Then the vocals arrive, layered and doubled, turning the melody into something almost anthemic. The chorus invites you to sing along without hesitation.

While the inspiration clearly nods to classic rock giants, the band injects a melodic sensibility that leans toward the grand gestures of the ’80s. That combination gives the track grit and emotional lift. The melody doesn’t just ride the riff; it elevates it.

The song maintains a steady intensity throughout. The rhythm section stays firm and driving, creating a foundation that never falters. The energy remains consistent, yet it never feels exhausting. The groove supports the vocal hooks and allows the arrangement to breathe.

The guitar solo adds another highlight. It’s melodic rather than flashy, and it expands the emotional scope of the track without derailing its momentum. The tone carries a spacious quality, yet it stays grounded in rock tradition. That balance reinforces the band’s identity.

“Dream It Real” carries a message of forward motion. There’s a subtle sense of nostalgia, but it doesn’t dwell in the past. The song urges you to chase your ambitions and hold onto belief. It’s radio-ready, yet it retains authenticity.

Imagine the muscular spirit of classic rock fused with the melodic confidence of ’80s arena anthems. That’s where Tears On Denim thrives. The track never slows down, and it keeps the listener engaged from beginning to end.

“Dream It Real” stands as a powerful statement of intent. It’s energetic, melodic, and built for loud speakers and open roads.

Anthemic!

Tears on Denim blends the romance and grandeur of 80s arena rock with a modern indie edge, built on neon-tinged nostalgia, soaring choruses, and harmonized male and female vocals. The project brings together David Drouin (vocals, guitar) and Aaron Zaroulis (drums), longtime collaborators from Boston rock bands The Brew and Cold Engines, alongside Los Angeles singer and guitarist Alice Austin. Austin, also the frontwoman of the Black Sabbath tribute Black Sabbitch and a solo artist with multiple albums, adds a powerful presence to the band’s retro-inspired sound. Together, Tears on Denim create heartfelt rock that mixes vintage spirit with a fresh, cinematic energy
