Open Poison is Carlos Ucedda’s Single Out Now
Good Day Noir Family,
Carlos Uceda’s new single Open Poison begins like a ritual. A twilight-drenched synth slowly unfurls, laying down a delicate yet unnerving aura.

The keyboard tones float in gently but carry an odd gravity, like echoes bouncing back from some hidden dimension.
Some of the higher notes feel like fractured voices—urgent, spectral, reaching across a border we can’t see.
As the track builds, a pulsing electronic rhythm kicks in, adding structure to the otherworldly ambience. Then comes Uceda’s voice: calm, measured, magnetic. His delivery isn’t just singing—it feels like invocation.
There’s something ceremonial in how he enters, a vocal presence that recalls ancient priestesses or mythic figures guiding the listener through a forgotten rite.
Uceda doesn’t follow conventional pop formulas. His melodies are unpredictable yet coherent, like he’s bending the rules in real-time.
Open Poison thrives on contrast: soft versus sharp, sacred versus synthetic, control versus abandon. You don’t just listen to this track—you enter it. And once inside, it’s hard to know exactly when—or how—you’ll leave.
