The EP is inspired by humanity’s endless pursuit of the unknown and presents a cinematic journey through myth, space exploration and existential transformation. In Seamless, Leonardo pushes musical experimentation further, shifting the role of synths to a backdrop that supports the sonic storytelling, while foregrounding the acoustic capabilities of the piano. He also incorporates preparation techniques, modifying the piano’s sound by placing objects on or between the strings, unlocking unexpected timbres and textures. This approach creates an organic, otherworldly resonance, mirroring the uncharted vastness of Space. Ethereal guitars by Marino Di Nino and dynamic drumming by Andrea Giovannoli further elevate the sound, while evocative artwork by Chiara Rovoletto deepens its cosmic allure.
