Good Day Noir Family,

The collaboration between these two artists, who come from different nations and cultures, is very successful.

In fact, Dan and Tim managed to find a unique way to communicate through music.

Slack Handful produces quality music where every little detail is kept under control. The melodies are intense and the overall atmosphere is intriguing and mysterious with nostalgic overtones.

Their new single Tear Them Apart makes you want to take the car and wander around the city at night on one of those days when you just want to be alone.

This duo has found a sound and style that manages to stand out from the crowd.

A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.

Slack Handful is the moniker for Cyprus based guitarist/songwriter Dan Summers. Blending indie with pop/rock and ‘traditional’ songwriting, his roots are firmly in the 80’s and 90’s songbooks. A collaboration with Australian singer/songwriter Tim Pitchford led to the recording of ‘The Slack Handful EP’ and tracks like the Mansun influenced ‘Just Wanna Know’ and cinematic rock ballad ‘In Your Eyes’.

The Slack Handful EP was produced, mixed and engineered by Steve Lyon (Depeche Mode, The Cure etc) and will be released summer 2022. Find out more at www.slackhandful.com
