The initial version, created in collaboration with her ex-boyfriend’s friend, carried an angry tone and rushed production, which led to dissatisfaction. The strained personal dynamics and poor vocal arrangements left Alutepena disowning the track for years. In 2023, she revisited the song, determined to reclaim it on her own terms. She stripped the original production, opting for live instruments and a more orchestral feel, transforming it into “The Burial – Tepilunia Soundscapes Version,” a polished, proud addition to her solo work.
