There’s a slow build, a sense of direction unfolding as layers intertwine, guiding the listener toward the album’s sonic vision.
Giants takes a more intricate and energetic turn, showcasing the band’s technical abilities and complex arrangements. The interplay between instruments feels intentional, every note serving a purpose in this dynamic composition.
The Valley is one of the most evocative tracks on the EP. It carries a touch of Americana, evoking a desert landscape where each shift in rhythm and harmony feels like a fresh discovery.
Chronos introduces a female vocal that acts as a refreshing contrast, momentarily lifting the album’s darker undertones. It brings a new color to the record, balancing the haunting quality of the male voice that dominates much of the EP.

The Journey is Transcending Into the Unknown’s Ep is Out Now
Transcending Into the Unknown was founded in 2023 as a collaborative project between Filip Dahl, Stian Dahl and Robert “pzyroks” Dahl. As the surname indicates, all three are related, and Filip and Robert are brothers while Stian is Filip’s son. They started off by releasing the self-titled, critically acclaimed debut single “Transcending Into the Unknown” in April 2023. However, the desire to be able to expand and explore the project’s musical possibilities further led them to decide to include Eva Halsetrønning Rambraut on vocals in September 2024. The crystal-clear timbre in her voice proved to constitute a unique contrast to Robert’s growling and Filip’s more traditional vocals, thus contributing greatly to developing the unique sound and character that ‘TITU’ has today. Filip, Stian and Robert are all dedicated and experienced musicians, who share a common passion and dedication when it comes to guitars and guitar playing. Before the formation of “Transcending Into the Unknown”, they had never played together or released any common music, which again was due to that they have very different musical backgrounds and preferences. The differences in playing style and the unique guitar tone of each of them have anyhow now proven to be a key to “TITU’s” distinctive sound and signature, consisting of a resilient mix of elements ranging from relaxed blues to truly heavy metal and melodic prog-rock.
