Opening track “Space Capsule Adelaide” channels a ‘70s-funk-meets-sci-fi aesthetic, with a bassline that struts confidently through a future that never quite happened. The synths glimmer with retrofuturistic flair, giving the whole piece an infectious swagger. It’s cinematic without being overblown, a cosmic jam grounded in tight musicianship.
Next comes “Loveland,” which feels like stepping into the fever dream of a glam prophet. There’s a breathless urgency in the vocals, driven by an almost theatrical delivery and a pulsing rhythm that never lets go. It’s wild, expressive, and beautifully unpredictable.
