“Don’t Stop Movin’” sets the tone with a guitar riff that carries a warm retro shimmer. A slightly ‘70s-tinted keyboard joins in, adding character before the vocals push the energy forward. Soon the horns arrive, and the entire track blossoms into a funk-driven celebration. Because the bass line bounces with undeniable charm, it becomes nearly impossible not to sway along. The opener makes it clear that danceability and craft can coexist without compromise.
Immediately after, “Run Away with Me” introduces a more seductive pulse. The groove slinks rather than sprints, giving the song a confident swagger that recalls the strut of Travolta in Saturday Night Fever.
