E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like – Hangtime

Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Hangtime. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I like the unique atmosphere created by his music.

This artist comes directly from the future and brings with him innovative music that contains elements of the past.

Hangtime has created his own musical limbo and somehow manages to bring together different genres which blend together in a perfect balance.

This project is very ambitious a similar thing in the past had been done by the Bloodhound Gang who had made a very eclectic album which for that period was an absolute novelty.

The production is very good and the compositional style is really interesting. Surely we are faced with a very talented artist who will be able to make people talk about himself.

A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.

Right2Repair is Hangtime’s Album Out Now!

Modern and Refined!

Hangtime is an artist who managed to concoct a winning sonic formula by allowing different styles to come together. There is no point in getting stuck with only an album & creative perspective; hangtime takes this lesson to heart. Their most recent studio release, Right2Repair, is a perfect combination of hip-hop and alternative music with experimental electronic sounds unfolding over the span of this 13 track release.

These different styles might seem quite different from one another, but at the same time, it is quite amazing to understand that there is also a common ground between them, and hangtime’s music actually captures it to absolute perfection. The opening track, “broken ones,” feels like a perfect introduction to the kaleidoscopic sonic collage that makes this release so special.
