Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to AI. I discovered this Duo while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked their original sound.
The music proposed by this Duo makes you take a step back in time and you are immersed in the sonority and the compositional style of the 80s. Electronic sounds, synths, grooves make you relive those magnificent musical years.
The thing that fascinated me the most is that although the influence of those years is evident, AI managed to create something original and unique that turns out to be even futuristic.
This music comes from the past but it is already in the future, a sound without “present” and therefore hypnotic, mysterious, and absolutely innovative.
The production is very good and the mix in particular leaves the right space for each sound element and the song breathes well.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.
