Are you shocked by the Bored Ape NFT Phenomenon? You should be.
Surely you have already heard of it. Bored Ape NFT Phenomenon was created by Yuga Labs. The idea was born following the success of CryptoPunks, another crazy NFTs project.
The creators of this collection have minted 10,000 pieces and each monkey has distinctive features and unique colors.
What may have seemed like just a joke has become a millionaire business. In fact, today the cute little monkeys are worth incredible amounts.
If you too want to be part of this exclusive club, you will have to start saving. Or ask dad for a small loan of one million dollars like Trump did.
Recent quotes tell us that it takes at least $ 350k to own this object of desire. What will you do with your NFT then? You can show it off with friends using it as a social profile photo.
Monkeys have become a status symbol and perhaps the movie “Planet of the Apes” had already foreseen it all.
Will the apes dominate the world? Maybe they’re already doing it.
Joking aside, this incredible story is now a reality. We can complain, and say that it’s all stupid but in the end, there are people who have made a lot of money with these projects.
The world is changing and it is good to always be up to date so as not to miss the train.
The music universe will also change because of the NFTs. Streaming services are already showing some problems as people are fed up with renting songs. Fans want to have something that is truly theirs, as it once was with a CD or cassette.
NFTs manage to fill this gap as anything you buy with this system is issued a contract deposited in the blockchain.
Obviously, no one knows if this phenomenon will last over the years or if it is just a bubble. In my opinion, we are only at the beginning of a revolution.
Many people are skeptical because in this digital limbo there are many scams. Strong projects, however, are destined to remain with us for a long time.
If you want to venture into this new world and take a leap into the future we recommend that you do your own research. Find all the information you need to understand if a project has broad shoulders.
Go to their sites, and socials and make sure that the project has been running for a long time. Look for the contacts, the founders, and their past because in many of these projects a lot of people do not put their faces and that is already an alarm bell.
Many bands and artists are also trying to find a way to make money from NFTs to keep making music. These in my opinion are safe projects. If the artists have many songs and the project has been running for a long time, it is unlikely that they will want to ruin their reputation by cheating on the fans.
Hereunder you will find our collection of NFTs dedicated to Edgar Allan Poe, titled “Virtual Poe”, who is a great inspiration for our music. 55 unique Poes 🙂
