E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like – Christine Baird

Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Christine Baird. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked her voice a lot.

Are you ready to take a trip to middle America in your old Ford truck?

Drop everything and free yourself by listening to the amazing songs of this talented artist. Her sinuous voice speaks directly to the soul and warms the heart.

Listening to Christine’s songs I felt free and I saw myself running with the wild horses on the Dakota prairies at sunset.

A music that awakens your wild spirit because this music is inspired by traditional American music and in these tunes, you will find country but also rock and blues nuances.

This is sincere music made with real instruments, those where the strings really vibrate. These sounds are not just plugins and beats, and you can feel it.

Truly a great discovery that I absolutely recommend.

Sense of It All is Christine Baird’s Ep Out Now!

Fantastic voice capable of telling stories!

If John Mayer met Shania Twain at a Tedeschi Trucks Band concert where Christina Aguilera was a background vocalist, they would create something similar to Christine Baird’s debut EP, “Sense of It All.” The EP features Christine’s soulful vocals and nuanced songwriting against a colorful, eclectic backdrop of country/pop, soul, and rock music.

Produced and engineered by Ashton Michael Corey almost entirely in the confines of a New York City apartment, “Sense of It All” defied the unrelenting 2020 odds and flourished, proving to truly be a labor of profound love. Although the pandemic was certainly not a welcome global event, it gave Christine and Ashton the opportunity to dive deep into the production of what would become both parties’ first large-scale attempt at creating an album of original music.
