Today we are faced with a very peculiar artist.
As soon as I pressed the play button, bands like the Pet Shop Boys came to mind, especially for the vocal interpretation and for the effects used on the voice.
A sound that is inspired by the 80s but has a chord progression that is modern and innovative.
The thing I like most about Rokita’s compositional style is that this artist has found his music. His sound stands out from the crowd and is instantly recognizable.
When artists find their way of expressing themselves in a unique way then we are faced with eclectic and talented artists.
Rokita’s vision is solid and his passion for interpreting and composing music it’s evident.
A great find that I recommend to everyone.

Christopher Rokita (Original Michigander) is a singer-songwriter and the stars have finally aligned to allow him to bring his music the way that he has been inspired by music.
He has not always been a singer/songwriter/music producer. In the early years he always dreamed about singing but this alluded for many years, until recently he found his voice through a lot of hard work, practice, and inspiration.
He has also previously dabbled in music production for others earlier in his music career, but now is his chance to bring it all together and show the world what Rokita music is all about!
