Don Giovanni is Lieder Distortion’s Single Out Now

The epic and theatrical sound proposed by this artist immediately won me over.

This version of this opera is fantastic and demonstrates a truly unique and original artistic vision. Obviously, we really like these mysterious and noir atmospheres.

The vocal interpretation is impeccable and also the musical part is impressive.

Lieder Distortion is a very interesting musical project. This music keeps you glued to the speakers from the first to the last second.

The musical arrangements are well thought out, and the attention to every minimum detail is obsessive.

Bringing metal and opera together is not a simple experiment. Lieder Distortion has succeeded in this endeavor in an impressive way.

He should try to pitch his music for a show in Vegas, it could be a great success. Go and listen to his music, it’s worth it.

Epic and Grandiose!

First, Don Giovanni is one of my favorite operas. I have seen it and sung parts of it many times and especially the death scene is very powerful music. As the inspiration of rock rhapsody through the ages, my idea was that we should do a rhapsody of the death scene in Don Giovanni. The inspiration naturally comes from Mozart’s opera, Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody, Rhapsody in Rock with Robert Wells and the film Amadeus.

Opera and rock/metal are closely related in their extreme expressions. However, they are not always easy to combine. But we hope and believe that Mozart rejoices in his heaven at our version of the death scene in Don Giovanni. We think we have succeeded in capturing the pain and the irrevocability of facing the consequences of what one has done and being forced down into the fires of hell.
