our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Echo Coast. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I was fascinated by his way of composing music.
The sound of this artist brings something mysterious and hidden with it.
Unstable melodies that create disquiet and that seem to be inspired by a way of making music of the past but that at the same time manage to be modern.
This music has a Noir streak that we obviously like a lot.
If I try to give a visual image of what this music transmits to me is like when you are looking at the sun at sunset and first you look at it with the naked eye and then instead you put on your glasses. That light, that color is the atmosphere this music made me think about.
The production is very good and the mix is very well balanced and leaves the right space for each sound element and the song breathes well.
An excellent discovery that I recommend to everyone.
