Good Day Noir Family,
I already reviewed Electric High in the past but they are out now with a new cool single and I want to share my opinion about it.
The atmosphere that this new piece of this band manages to recreate is beautiful.
The compositional approach this time reminded me of Queens of the Stone Age with the voice that in some passages reminded me of Chris Cornell.
This band knows their stuff and they make an intense, powerful and well-structured rock.
The melodic structure is very interesting which with continuous twists keeps the listener glued to the speakers from the first to the last second.
The chorus grows well and the overall melody is very catchy, a beautiful tune that I recommend everyone to listen to.
A modern, fascinating rock produced by a band of undoubted talent.
From Norway with Nordic energy the Electic High are always able to amaze me.
Trembling Bones is Electric High’s Single Out Now!
Great Energy!
After putting out a five track EP named Go Easy On My Heart six weeks ago, Norwegian rockers Electric High are on it again, with another new track called Trembling Bones. This explosive piece of rock came together down after a hard night out, during a heavy hangover. Singer PV Staff and guitarist Marius Mørch woke up, equally devastated by last night’s escapades, each with an idea for a new song. One called up the other, and two songs turned into one, about the way they felt when they woke up that day – with pounding headaches, death-breaths, stomachs turning, vague memories of what happened the night before, and – trembling bones.
The track was recorded at Solslottet Studios, in Bergen, Norway, produced by Iver Sandøy.
