our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Elias James. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked his compositional style.
The sound of this artist seemed very interesting from the very first notes.
The melodic line reminded me of the ‘Nashville Country’ but Elias is able to take that kind of music to another level, in my opinion, this artist has added a touch of modernity to that genre by creating something unique.
This mix of country and pop makes this music very fascinating. A perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
The melodic intuitions and the chord progression are never predictable and banal and the song flows well and the listener is entertained from the first to the last second.
The production is very professional and the mix leaves the right space for each sound element and the song breathes well.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.
