Best known for being the birthplace of Bob Dylan, Duluth also tends to have a reputation of being a little “flyover” town. But Indecent Proposal set out to prove that it truly is the birthplace of some of the most original and authentic musical talent in the country, and it starts with Indecent Proposal.
