our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Ghosts of Our Former Selves. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked their way of compising music.
The rhythm and attitude of this band immediately intrigued me. I felt the passion with which they play and it hit my heart and soul.
Very refined music, you feel that this band has spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room to achieve such an enviable sound understanding.
A band that monitors every slightest nuance where the intricate bass lines impeccably follow the rhythmic “designs” of the drums.
The voices and vocal arrangements are fantastic and the chord progression is never predictable and banal and manages to entertain the listener from the first to the last second.
A band that I absolutely recommend
