Gimme Love is The Animal Gang’s Single
The pure and direct rock produced by this band made me raise my arm with the horns pointed toward the sky.
This is the real music. A step back in time, to the 70s when people were freer and the music was made by real musical instruments and passion and not by beats and computers.
The Animal Gang is fantastic. I really liked the singer’s vocal timbre… his slightly hoarse voice suggests that the sacred fire of rock runs in Kris Finn’s veins.
You can feel that these guys spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room to achieve this enviable musical understanding.
Their single Gimme Love unleashes an infectious energy that makes you want to take Harley and wander the world with no specific destination in mind.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.

Gimme Love is The Animal Gang’s Single
Dublin based alt rock band The Animal Gang was initially formed as a studio project between singer/songwriter Kris Finn and producer Denis O’Neill, the band now features Carl on guitar, Paul on drums and Shakey on bass, all musicians that Denis had worked with previously and all whose styles matched the sound and energy that Kris and Denis had in mind for the band.
The first single ‘Like a mine’ was released in 2016 while the band was still a studio project and the second single ‘Paper plane’ was released in early 2022.
