Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Graztopia. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and was fascinated by his music.
The music of this artist brings with it ancestral and distant harmonies that come to the present day from the pioneers. His sound made me think of the Appalachian mountains.
These songs bring with them the American tradition and some of these tunes such as Summer Rain made me feel in a Coen brothers movie … maybe my favorite song from this Ep is El Bohemian because it’s a ballad that maintains these ethnic and traditional elements but which at the same time, for the chord progression, also flows a little more into rock.
The production is perfect for the genre, direct and sincere and honestly, I found no flaws in Graztopia’s musical project.
A very talented artist and musician that I recommend everyone to go and listen to.

Graztopia is an original one-man band/singer-songwriter/live looping artist from New York, NY who has been actively playing and writing music his entire life. His well crafted original songs combined with his poetic/storyteller like lyrics span various genres of music such as rock n roll, alternative folk rock, singer-songwriter, jamband, psychedelic, jazz/blues, etc…For live shows, no setlist is ever the same to make each concert is own unique experience. As a live-looping artist, Graztopia seamlessly segues his songs together with improvised jams/soundscapes that can be trance like and hypnotic for the listeners.
