Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to H A Z E. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked her unusual way of composing music.
I loved the music of this eclectic artist already from the first notes.
A modern genre that however brings with it a compositional way that looks back to the past. In some passages, the arrangements and melody reminded me of Depeche Mode, obviously in a modern key.
The sounds are very interesting and innovative, surely this artist loves to experiment and she likes to amaze by adding absolutely unique effects and instruments that make the songs of H A Z E immediately recognizable.
The chord progression is never banal and obvious and amazes the listener with continuous variations that entertain from the first to the last second.
The production is excellent and the mix very professional, each sound element finds the right space in an enviable balance.
Absolutely recommended.
