our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Hokum. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the rock vibes of their songs.
Nice rock, energetic and powerful but not at all obvious.
This band presents itself with sincere and irreverent music that doesn’t disdain interesting harmonic variations that make this sound a bit psychedelic.
Beautiful chord progression for nothing trivial that manages to surprise for the continuous twist and variations capable of entertaining the listener from the first to the last second.
You can hear that these guys have spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room because they have managed to reach an enviable musical understanding.
Beautiful the sound of the guitars, raw and acid, ideal for this type of music.
The drums together with the bass push well and the voice with its particular timbre contradistinguishes, even more, the sound of this band.
