The first thing that hooked me about the sound of this band is the singer’s voice.

A peculiar vocal timbre indeed which I think is radiophonic and fresh. Perfect for the genre proposed by this band that winks at the rock/pop that dominates the charts around the world.

InBetween Honey is a very interesting band. These guys seem to have clear ideas and their songs are solid. I predict they will have great success with this Ep “Ludlow Street”.

Surely InBetween Honey is not afraid to work hard. Their sound is the result of many hours spent trying to achieve the sound blend that mirrored their artistic vision.

They have worked very well in my opinion as their music is melodically catchy but never predictable and banal.

A beautiful discovery that I recommend everyone to go and listen to.

InBetween Honey are an indie rock band, formed in June 2019 and come out of Gibstown, Co. Meath. The band is composed of five school friends who met in O’Carolan College, Nobber.

They are heavily influenced by bands such as Catfish and The Bottlemen, Oasis, The Stone Roses, The Killers.

During their writing process, they are influenced by real life stories from within the band and transform them into big sounding indie rock anthems.

The name of the band came about when the lead singer Dylan Hickey was listening to a song by Bleachers when the lyrics “woke up I’m in the InBetween Honey” was said in the first line of the song and they decided then it was a great name for a band.

Having released five singles under their belt, they have received airplay on Radio Nova, RTE 2FM and FM104 as well as having played sold out shows in Whelan’s and the Workmans Club, and performed at Electric Picnic in 2019.

The band has gone from strength to strength since their inception.

The EP was recorded in the Clinic Recording studios in Dublin. The songs were engineered and produced by David Anthony Curley and mixed by Simon Francis.

This year is shaping up to be a monumental one for the band.

InBetween Honey are Dylan Hickey, brothers Matty and JohnPaul Melady, Blayne Moran and Darragh Muldoon.
