our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Miami Snow. I discovered this Duo while shuffling songs on Spotify and I was fascinated by their style.
This band offers us a mysterious and fascinating sound.
I immediately liked the atmosphere that their songs are able to create.
Simple but never banal melodic lines resonate in your head for a long time after listening.
An interesting chord progression dynamically makes the song grow flawlessly.
Beautiful musical arrangements and choirs, beautiful also the voice of the singer who has a unique and immediately recognizable timbre that distinguishes the sound of this duo even more.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.

Miami Snow is a brand new, androgynous emo-synth-pop duo from the UK. Making art that explores the world’s obsession with social media, and the personality complexes found within it. Formed of frontman Max Langley and producer Hillary Steps, Miami Snow is a music and visual art project born out of lockdown.
With nothing else to do, they bought out a small room at the back of a building sight and spent a year moulding the apathetic, androgynous, unpredictable character who became the focus of the work.
