Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Micko Roche. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the atmosphere created by his music.
Are you ready for an incredible sonic journey?
As soon as I hit the play button, I immediately felt transported to another universe.
Do you know the world of Avatar? I flew there with my fantasy and in those scenarios I began to fly.
That beautiful nature filled my heart and I felt free.
This music must be listened to with your eyes closed without asking yourself many questions, you have to let yourself be guided by this talented artist in his sound world.
Micko is very talented and manages to keep every little nuance under control and his songs are produced in a very professional way.
A fantastic journey, an artist to be kept under the radar absolutely.
Sióg is Micko Roche’s Ep Out Now!
Magic and Dreamy!
Jose Padilla knows a great record when he hears one, so does Chris Coco. During the making of this album Jose was the first to start playing a couple of the early productions in his DJ sets and Chris snapped up the track “Baltimore” for volume 1 of the highly acclaimed “Balearic” series which curates fresh and inspiring music with a balearic edge and has now also released a single from Micko’s other project The Madrigal earlier this year as well as picking up the edgy celtic soundscape that is “Coumshingaun” for Balearic Vol 3. Pete Gooding then picked “Meadows” for last year’s Cafe Mambo release. Here is the album, full of beautifully crafted songs and instrumentals.
