Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Nick Noon. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the vibes of his music.
I immediately liked the atmosphere created by this talented artist.
A music that looks to the past but manages to be modern at the same time. I especially liked the nostalgic harmonies emphasized by passionate piano parts and strings that rest on the melody like snow on the branches of trees in winter.
The chord progression in some passages reminded me of Radiohead.
The vocal interpretation is beautiful, I believed the words he sings in the lyrics and I completely immersed myself in the emotions that Nick was able to create.
The arrangements are refined and take into account every little nuance and his songs grow well and warm the soul and heart.
An absolutely recommended artist.
