Noises Made Figuring Things Out is Pop Wallace’s Ep Out Now

Good Day Noir Family,
I already reviewed Pop Wallace in the past but he is out now with his new Ep and I want to share my opinion about it.

The music of this talented artist immediately transported me to another dimension.

The careful choice of sounds and attention to every minimum detail manages to create the right atmosphere to take possession of your imagination.

I closed my eyes and let myself be carried away by these beautiful songs without asking myself too many questions.

I found myself driving a spaceship around the universe, I saw fantastic worlds where the physical rules we are used to, have been completely overturned.

I felt part of the universe and somehow I understood something more about myself and my essence.

Fantastic music that speaks directly to your unconscious revealing aspects of yourself that are still unknown.

Magical Journey!

The instrumental EP came around as he was experimenting with various different sounds in his production. He didn’t want to be pigeonholed into being the guy that makes just R&B and pop. He loves electronic music and wanted to try adding his touch to trip hop, house and drum and bass styles.

The title ‘Noises Made Figuring Things Out’ is very literal in that these were the noises made while experimenting with these sounds but also these were songs made in a year where he did a lot of soul searching and really getting a grasp on who he was from every facet of that statement. He was figuring things out both in music and about himself after a full year of isolation, coming to terms with his own identity and seeking therapy for his mental health issues for the first time in his life. These six-tracks embody the noises he made while figuring all that out.
