E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like – Peace Love and Gloves

Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Peace Love and Gloves. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the vibes of their music.

As soon as I hit the play button from the first notes I was taken by the rhythm and groove of this band’s music.

Music that acts on your nervous system and begins to send electrical impulses to the whole body and you find yourself in front of the computer moving your body in time to the music.

At times I felt like a madman in an asylum banging his head back and forth on the wall.

This music takes you and leaves you no way out, it makes you want to leave the house and get lost in the streets of the city.

This sound gave me incredible vital energy…it is capable of charging you like a Tesla.

A very successful mix of rock and hip hop, and you immediately understand that these guys know how to do it.

Don’t look elsewhere if you want music to start the day with the right energy.

Hold On is Peace Love and Gloves’s Single Out Now!

Pure Vital Energy!

Peace Love and Gloves was formed by four best friends from childhood, who grew up together on a notorious council estate in the South Coast of England.

Within their first 6 months, Peace Love and Gloves were selling out every local music venue and attracting a strong fan base, leading them to perform across the country and take the main stage at several festivals, leading to a growing career.

The last 10 years of the band has been a ‘crazy blur’ for PLG and they took a back seat whilst living a life of ‘Sex, Drugs and Rock ‘n’ Roll”. In 2020, after a short break, PLG headed back into the studio, to craft their best music to date.

Frontman Mark has taken inspiration from their time growing up in underprivileged areas, to tales of childhood heartbreak and difficulties.

Combining tight-knit instrumentation, infectious energy, and blurring the genres between indie rock, brit rock, and hip-hop – PLG is a band to be excited about. With scheduled live shows already being sold out for their much-awaited return, PLG is set to have their best year yet.
