Playing With Matches is SPIES’s Album Out Now

The sound proposed by this duo is modern and fresh.

Their music manages to mix many genres together and make them coexist in an impeccable equilibrium.

Rock, punk, and alternative dominate SPIES’ songs.

Maggie Loeffle’s vocal interpretation is intense and passionate and she is able to transfer the right energy to the songs included in Playing With Matches.

These tunes entertain the listener from the first to the last second with their catchy melodies and pressing rhythm.

Dan Fisher’s experience is the cherry on top of the cake. The production and recording are in fact professional.

I advise everyone to go and listen to the music of SPIES you will be surprised by the quality of their songs.

Playing With Matches is a mature album and all the songs are solid. This music charges you with the energy to face the day with the right attitude.

A great find that I recommend to everyone.

Austrian Singer songwriter Maggie Loeffler and British producer Dan Fisher combine their love for rock guitars, thumping disco beats and a nack of combining catchy hooks with an anthemic chorus to bring you the band; SPIES.

Maggie and Dan met by chance and instantantly developed a chemistry together that has already resulted in the release of several singles and the completetion of their much anticipated full length album that is due for release in 2023.
