Royal Octopus Canal is The Margaret Hooligans’ Single Out Now

Good Day Noir Family,
The Margaret Hooligans are back with their latest single, “Royal Octopus Canal,” and it’s a sonic dive into the depths of their signature sound.

Royal Octopus Canal is The Margaret Hooligans’ Single Out Now

From the first distorted guitar riff, filtered through a radio haze, it’s clear this duo isn’t interested in playing by the mainstream rules.

The heavy reverb on the vocals, sending shivers down your spine with its otherworldly presence, is fantastic. It’s like they’ve channeled Burzum’s experimental spirit, twisting it into their own unique brand of acid-tinged rock.

The focus on high frequencies adds a layer of abrasive energy that perfectly complements the raw, unfiltered nature of the music.

The Margaret Hooligans don’t shy away from imperfections, and that’s what makes their music so genuine. But even amidst the distortion and grit, there’s a cohesive sound that pulls everything together.

Their music isn’t afraid to challenge expectations, to be different. It’s a middle finger to the polished, radio-friendly sound that dominates the airwaves.

And that’s what makes it so refreshing. In a world of manufactured pop, “Royal Octopus Canal” is a breath of fresh, rebellious air.

The abrasiveness and rawness might be too much for some listeners. But for those who appreciate music that pushes boundaries and dares to be different like me, “Royal Octopus Canal” is a musical treasure.

It’s a song that demands to be experienced, not just listened to. So, crank up the volume, embrace the chaos, and dive into the depths of The Margaret Hooligans’ latest creation.
