E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like – Runaway Symphony
Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Runaway Symphony. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and the atmosphere created by their music won me over.
The voice immediately intrigued me and I decided to listen to this band.
I have to be honest I did not know what to expect, the beginning made me think of a style that focused more on pop but then as the song flowed in my opinion the style moved more on the alternative side.
I say this because the melodic construction and the chord progression are not at all trivial and obvious and indeed this band has managed to create something unique, a real chorus is not there but there are very intense moments of beautiful music and that’s what matters.
Returning to the voice, the crystalline and high timbre rests like a veil on the music, creating a magical but at the same time nostalgic atmosphere.
A great production for a great band!
