Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Society of Beggars. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and I was amazed by their sound.
Already from the first seconds I liked the sound of this band.
A compositional style that is not at all obvious and banal and a very original approach that makes this music unique.
I really liked the nostalgic vibes in the melody of the voice. It feels like this band has spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room to achieve such an enviable musical understanding.
I also really enjoyed the video of their new single Dance The Evil recorded on a remote Australian reef.
A twilight, modern and refined sound rich in nuances.
A very talented band that I recommend to keep under the radar.
