The atmosphere created by his music immediately hooked me.
A compositional style inspired by the legendary classic rock of the past. Max Goedecke’s voice is ethereal and intriguing and he manages to speak directly to the soul of the listener.
Guitar-driven music, riffs, and solos are really rad. While listening to Tas Phania (The Bootleg Series, Vol. 1) I felt a sense of freedom around me.
This Ep literally makes your imagination fly. I found myself in a Volkswagen Westfalia with some Hippies wandering the endless American roads. This is what I felt while listening to these beautiful songs.
The production is excellent, direct, and sincere like the music proposed by Max Goedecke.

Max Goedecke is a musician from Mechernich in the Cologne area, who was able to attract a large audience from all over the world on Instagram with the help of street-music throughout Europe during the Corona pandemic. Today, his account tas_phania is one of the most successful street music channels in Germany with over 30000 subscribers, where he uploads his videos from London to Paris to Rome and Lisbon. His first album “Newspeak” was released in 2018 and was raved across the board in the international indie rock press, including comparing his voice to Jack White.
