In his music, I heard vibes of Blind Melon, Live, and Alice in Chains. I was honestly very impressed by the artistic vision of this great musician and composer.
You can feel that you are dealing with a professional with a great compositional experience behind him.
Garland Kelley’s music and his look make him sound like a messenger from mother nature. His look made me think of the movie La Belle Verte.
A Mind of Your Own is really a beautiful song, honestly, I did not find any flaws…production, interpretation, dynamics, and chord progression are impeccable.
A great find that I recommend to everyone.
