There aren’t many artists with this great communicative ability. The music and lyrics marry flawlessly, creating the right atmosphere that recalls distant memories.
Towse and Nick Cody’s voices are perfect together, an artistic collaboration that manages to create a magical atmosphere.
The thing I like most about this album is that every musician seems to bring his culture and his past into these tunes.
The musical arrangements, therefore, have many ethnic nuances that unite Europe with America and take you back to those times when people looking for a better future crossed the Atlantic to start a new life. This album brings with it all these emotions.
