All That I Am is Bishop Takes Queen’s Single

Good Day Noir Family,
I already reviewed Bishop Takes Queen in the past but they are back with a new cool single and I want to share my opinion about it.

All That I Am is Bishop Takes Queen’s Single

The new single from this band is very interesting.

This time the compositional style reminded me of bands like Oasis and The Cure, a very fascinating sound blend that has the ability to entertain the listener from the first to the last second.

The chord progression is refined and the rhythmic variations are well thought out. All That I Am is a solid song both musically and lyrically. The artistic maturity of Bishop Takes Queen is undeniable.

In their music, there is the magnificent typically English compositional style … free and irreverent that awakens the rock spirit in the listener.

I honestly found no flaws with this sound product. This band continues to raise the bar and offers truly beautiful music.

Mike and Lee have worked together on various projects for about 10 years. Having the terribly interesting story of having met on joinmyband, not too thrilling there. Bishop Takes Queen was originally started after Mike who was working on some solo stuff, got injured and couldn’t play guitar for prolonged periods of time. Lee got roped in to help out as a result, and ended up doing far more than just punching in the tracks, but helping develop ideas into complete songs. Although a large part of why this project got finished was probably that Lee was living with Mike at the time to keep an eye on his friends mental health.
