BYOB is Resting B!tch Face’s Single
The direct and irreverent style of this band struck me.
A compositional method that is inspired by the past but at the same time manages to be modern. The sound of the drums is powerful and seems to be more hard rock than punk … an interesting artistic choice that distinguishes the sound of Resting B!tch Face‘s music.
You can feel like these guys have spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room to achieve such an enviable sound understanding.
Knowing that BYOB is their debut single surprised me as it is a solid and mature song that demonstrates excellent compositional skills.
It seems that this band has a clear idea of how they want to present their musical project to the world.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.

Resting B!tch Face are an exciting new band out of Birmingham, UK. Female and non-binary printed, RBF comprises of primarily members of the LGBTQ+ community, all of which are students of the world-renowned Academy of Contemporary Music in Birmingham.
Their debut single, ‘BYOB’ is a satirical look at the sitting Conservative Government’s handling of the ‘Partygate’ scandal and Cost of Living crisis, along with its long-standing treatment of refugees and immigrants.
