I listened to this Ep more than once and then I put it in my car.
While I was driving aimlessly and I had this music as a soundtrack, I began wandering in my thoughts and many memories resurfaced.
This artist with his music has the ability to speak directly to the heart and soul of the listener.
The ROLF has created a sound blend that seems suspended in time. It’s like watching a 4k movie on an old TV. This contrast of atmospheres makes it stand out from the crowd.
All the songs of Four Easy Pieces are coherent and solid, they have more or less the same rhythmic cadence and create this feeling of sweetness and nostalgia…like some yellowed polaroids found by chance in a drawer.
