our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Garry Abbott. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I liked the nostalgic vibes created by his music.
I liked the sound of this artist from the very first seconds.
A compositional style that reminded me of the great bands of the 60s / 70s. In the chord progression, I felt some Beatles harmonic nuances.
This music makes you travel with your imagination and I found myself on a train like a wanderer looking for something around the world. I looked at the green English countryside with eyes full of hope.
The production is very good, perfect for the genre because it keeps those vintage vibes.
Surely we are faced with a great singer-songwriter who is able to excite the listener by speaking directly to the soul and heart.
