Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Hot Lime Canary. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and the vibes of their music won me over right away.
The psychedelic sound of this band took me back to the ’70s. I saw myself driving with my convertible on Sunset blvd while guys in flared pants and headbands smoked weed and played guitar.
The sound of Hot Lime Canary brings California in it, you can feel the vibes of the west coast.
The production is fantastic, perfect, and very professional. Frankly, I found no flaws in the music proposed by this talented band.
The high-pitched keyboard used in the passages between verses and choruses literally drove me crazy … exceptional.
This band is very talented and I recommend everyone to go and listen to them!
Make Me Dance is Hot Lime Canary’s Single Out Now!

Edgar Allan Poets is a noir rock band built on the literary universe of Edgar Allan Poe.
For over a decade the band has explored Poe's psychology, Gothic aesthetics,
Victorian darkness, and his influence on modern culture — through music, writing,
and this archive. Their album 555 and store collections translate Poe's darkest
visions into sound and design.
