The choice of Jessica Springsteen is not casual. In fact, she is a professional horse rider. Moreover, she is the official representative of the United States at World Cup Classes and FEI Nations Cups around the world.
Jessica Springsteen will start her new role as Ralph Loren’s ambassadress already at the next Longines trophy. She will dress in a horsewoman outfit created especially for her. It will be consisting of a tailcoat jacket, Knickerbockers, and a polo shirt, all obviously bearing the Polo Ralph Lauren logo.
But what do you know about Jessica Springsteen?
First of all, she is the daughter of the musicians Patti Scialfa and the Music Boss, the great Bruce Springsteen!!!
When she was a child, she moved with her family from Los Angeles to Rumson (New Jersey), to a residence with a 300 acres horse farm. There, the Sprigsteens could enjoy a quieter environment, away from the suffocating curiosity of the paparazzi.
It is also there that Jessica fell in love with horse riding. She learned to ride a horse at just 4 years old. At 6 she received her first pony.
Jessica’s excellent career started when she got fifteen. After she won some competitions, she entered the senior category.
In 2012 she served as a reserve of U.S. equestrian team at the London Olympics.
In 2021 she finally crowned her Olympic dream. She gained the silver medal with the U.S. team in horseback riding at the Olympic Games of Tokyo 2020.
In addition to competitions, Jessica Springsteen works as a model and ambassadress for the famous brand Gucci. She also got a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Duke University in 2014.
