our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Lazy Hunter. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and I was delighted by the atmosphere created by their music
The psychedelic and innovative sound proposed by these guys is very fascinating.
The Lazy Hunters have managed to find a perfect balance between the past and the future. Their compositional style is intriguing as they have managed to mix together very different sound elements and make them coexist in a perfect balance.
Although this duo has recently begun to compose music, they already proved to have a marked artistic maturity.
Their sound manages to stand out from the crowd and is difficult to compare them to other artists.
Lazy Hunters have courageously followed their musical vision and walked an artistic path never walked before.
A beautiful discovery that I recommend to everyone.

Chris and his brother Pete Gibson formed Lazy Hunter in 2019 precisely to escape the rules which normally govern what indie artists should and shouldn’t do. The resulting music sits somewhere between The Mars Volta and The Killers – wilfully bizarre, with melodic sensibility.
