E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like – Lemon
Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Lemon. I discovered this Band while shuffling songs on Spotify and I like the energy of their music.
The style of this band won me over from the very first notes.
A compositional style that takes its cue from the past but manages to be modern at the same time.
This music took me back to the ’70s and I saw myself walking the streets of Los Angeles in flared pants and a colorful headband in my hair.
It feels like these guys have spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room to achieve such an enviable sound understanding.
I really liked how the singer interprets the lyrics, a direct and irreverent way of singing that in some moments reminded me of the style of some English punk bands.
Definitely, a nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.
