Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Lisa Froment. I discovered this Artist while shuffling songs on Spotify and I like the vibes of her music.
The sexy voice of this artist immediately struck me.
Her interpretation, especially at the beginning, reminded me of the style of Prince who later becomes Sheryl Crow in the chorus.
Her vocal timbre is rich in nuances and every now and then she scratches you and at other times she hypnotizes you…truly magical!
Surely we are faced with a great singer-songwriter who managed to create her style by mixing unique musical ingredients… a musical limbo between past and future.
The production of the new single Move Me is perfect, the mix, in particular, leaves the right space for each sound element.
A nice discovery that I recommend to everyone.
Move Me is Lisa Froment’s Single Out Now!
Sexy and Wild!
“Move Me” is the sophomore release of Lisa Froment. The ethos behind single and music style is the sensual, sultry romantic side of love. It is a romantic song to bring two people in love closer. A true Valentine’s Day for lovebirds.
Written from the artist’s personal perspectives, the lyrics reflect the gift of song for the artist’s fiance and let him know how he made her feel in song. Fans of songwriters like Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt and Patsy Cline might want to give this a listen.
The artist co-wrote music and lyrics with Robert Laidlaw, Toronto, Canada of Robert Laidlaw Music. Laidlaw is a Juno Nominated Songwriter, Producer/Musician. Recorded at Adam Newcombe Studios, Toronto, Canada.
