E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like – Mig 15
Good Day Noir Family,
our “E.A.Poets Approved/Bands We Like” section is dedicated to Mig 15, I discovered this band while shuffling songs on Youtube and I liked a lot the melodies of their songs.
Mig 15 is an experienced band and you can hear it right away because of the sound harmony between the various band members.
These guys can play and are definitely a band that has spent a lot of time in the rehearsal room.
Mig 15 play refined music, an alt-rock that, maybe for the melodies, reminded me a bit of Depeche Mode.
The melodies are elegant and effective and keep the listener glued to the speakers from the first to the last second.
Ethereal atmospheres for a piece of music that is never predictable but offers continuous nuances that make the final product magical.
Beautiful lyrics and the voice of the singer who, with his way of interpreting the song, distinguishes even more the sound of this band.
From Liverpool, you always expect good music and certainly, Mig 15 keep up the incredible musical tradition of that city.
Bite the Bullet – Acoustic is Mig 15’s Single Out Now
Directly from Liverpool the sonic elegance of a mature band!
MiG 15 are releasing a special acoustic version of their first single Bite the Bullet. This demonstrates a different side to their musical dynamic, and really shows off singer Adam’s powerful voice. The single is backed up with a B-side that is a cover of Arcade Fire’s Everything Now, but it almost sounds like it could have been written for Adam to sing as it sounds so natural.
The whole release has an almost festive feel to it, so is a lovely way to round out the year, before the band will be bringing you a string of new singles next year and a return to the fore.
