My Revolution (feat. Taras Kuznetzov) is Red Bird Rising’s Single

This is an important and deep song.

The collaboration between these two artists is phenomenal. It’s not easy to talk about certain themes and translate them into music.

Taras Kuznetzov’s voice reminded me of Layne Staley from Alice in Chains. Even the music has musical nuances and overtones that reminded me of the band from Seattle.

Red Bird Rising is an artist with a vision that goes beyond music. This artist uses his talent to create positive energy, deliver meaningful messages, and possibly change the world.

The lyrics he wrote directly touch the soul and heart of the listener.

The melody is nostalgic but it also has within itself the hope and the desire for change… for a positive revolution.

This song is more than just a song.

My Revolution (feat. Taras Kuznetzov) is Red Bird Rising’s Single

My Revolution is about a man stuck against a force dominating his life, his dreams, and adapting his mundane but simple comforts into necessities in order to cope. And this man is not fictional. He is Taras Kuznetsov, a 32 year old full time remote freelance vocalist, producer, arranger, audio engineer, drummer and pianist. The time of the scene of the song is March, 2022, about 6 weeks after the first Russian military intrusion of sovereignty. The location is Odessa, the port city crucial to access to import and export of vital goods and artistic soul of Ukraine.
