One is The Noise’s Single Out Now

Good Day Noir Family,
welcome to Edgar Allan Poets indie music corner. A space dedicated to the best new artists and bands we find around the web. Today’s featured Band is The Noise and their single One.

One is The Noise’s Single Out Now

Nowadays it’s not easy to find bands that have something important to say.

I am always fascinated by artists who try to spread a message through their music.

In this case, The Noise focuses attention on what is happening in Iran after the death of Mahsa Amini and the people’s revolt against the government.

As usual in Western society, after an initial moment of indignation and uproar, things slowly calm down and there is less and less talk about it. Thankfully bands like The Noise keep the spotlight on this topic.

The compositional and modern style and the melodic construction of the song are very interesting. We are certainly dealing with musicians who have a solid and mature artistic vision.

A protest song, deep and energetic that in some moments, especially for the musical arrangements, reminded me of the Beastie Boys.

I advise everyone to go and listen to One, this touching song will make you reflect.

A beautiful discovery that I recommend to everyone.

The Noise Releases New Song “One” in Support of Women’s and Human Rights

Peterborough, Canada – The Noise, a rock band comprised of Kash Majd on vocals and guitar and Matt Laffrenier on drums, has released their latest single “One.” Inspired by the tragic death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, who was killed by Iran’s religious morality police for not wearing her hijab correctly, the song is a powerful tribute to the fight for women’s and human rights.

The brutal repression of protesters who are demanding justice for Mahsa has sparked protests around the world, including Canada. “One” is an energetic rock anthem about standing up for what’s right, even when it’s not easy. Through their music, The Noise hopes to bring attention to this important issue and show support for those fighting for justice and equality.

We wanted to lend our music and voice in support of Mahsa and every other woman facing religious discrimination,” says Kash Majd, lead singer of The Noise. “We hope our song will help their message reach a wider audience and inspire others to join the fight for human rights.
The release of “One” marks a milestone for The Noise, who are hoping to make their mark on the Canadian music scene with their powerful lyrics and energetic sound. As a new and emerging rock band, “One” is a testament to their commitment to using their platform to make a difference in the world and bring attention to important issues.
