There are no doubts we are dealing with a really very good musician who knows the musical technique in a superfine way.

A multi-instrumentalist with great musical taste and solid artistic vision. I was impressed by the quality of the arrangements and the intricate chord progressions and dynamics are very well thought out.

Clayton Brown is very talented and it is incredible to think that this is his first Ep. The general quality of this Ep is excellent and the performance is impeccable.

This artist is inspired by hard rock, metal, and punk. The sound is powerful and the harmonic intuitions are excellent.

All the songs of Open Your Mind are fantastic, the one I liked the most is Too Good For My Own Good. The nostalgic melodic line of this tune reminded me of, in some moments, Bad Religion.

I’m curious to follow the artistic path of Clayton Brown, this artist has great creativity and talent.

Basically, I’m a guitarist with 14 years of experience who finally got ahold of some recording equipment, and I’m excited to show off what I’ve made. I compose original music from scratch, and the only part I don’t do myself is the audio mixing, which Velopod Studios in Austin, Texas does best!

I find myself influenced by the quintessential punk bands such as Sum 41 and Blink 182, but my musical style revolves around fusing this style of music with my Metalcore-rich roots – Divine Realm, Jason Richardson, Angel Vivaldi… They’re all extremely skilled, but not terribly accessible to the average listener. I aim to strike that perfect balance between simple and catchy, and complex and showy.
